I ordered these custom pieces, after 1 week they had only made the base, no hair work, I asked for a refund as they told me factory wasn't working, then next day the pieces were done to a low standard. I raised my concern but was told there was no problem, pieces arrived today and they're low quality as I expected, loose knots will fall out very quickly and you can see the weft as the hand tied section is so small. the U gap is supposed to be 3x3 inch size but is only 2.5inch. ordered from this seller previously and had excellent service but this time it's like talking to a completely different person. I won't be ordering again unfortunately.
